Our cutting shop is equipped with a German TRUMPF TruLaser 3060 laser cutting machine with 24,000W laser power.
Compared with our previous 8,000W laser cutting equipment, this upgrade can more than double processing efficiency under suitable cutting conditions.
It strengthens our capability in steel plate cutting, complex profile processing, prototype work, and large-volume OEM production.

With CNC press brakes and experienced operators, we handle sheet-metal bending for a wide range of thicknesses and part geometries. Consistent angles, smooth bending lines and repeatable precision meet the requirements of agricultural machinery and OEM metal components.

Our machining capability covers CNC milling, turning, drilling and tapping with tight tolerance control. We support precision components, shaft parts and welded structures, providing reliable accuracy for OEM assemblies.

Our certified welders and welding engineers deliver high-strength, consistent weldments. Equipped with MIG, MAG, TIG and robotic welding systems, we manufacture frames, brackets and structural parts with full inspection and process control.

We offer surface finishing options including powder coating, painting, galvanizing and sandblasting. Each process is controlled to achieve strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance suitable for outdoor agricultural equipment.

UNIWIN works with stable foundry partners and in-house machining to supply cast iron and cast steel components. From tooling development to final machining and inspection, we ensure structural integrity and consistent dimensions for OEM projects.

We provide component and module-level assembly, including mechanical assembly, fastener installation, functional testing and packaging. This helps customers reduce supply chain steps and receive ready-to-install products.
